About Me

I am Harsimran Kour, a certified Craniosacral Therapist with over 7 years of experience, known for helping clients find relief and deep relaxation through gentle healing touch.

My work supports relief from a wide range of health concerns such as backaches, headaches, sleep issues, and other challenges, while guiding clients into deep calmness, balance, and relaxation.

I have completed my Craniosacral Therapy training from the Sri Sri School of Healing Arts and serve as Art of Living faculty, teaching yoga, meditation, and Sudarshan Kriya. Inspired by the wisdom of His Holiness Sri Sri Ravi Shankar ji, my work supports those seeking relief from chronic discomfort or simply a restorative pause, bringing balance, ease, and inner stillness.

What is Craniosacral Therapy (CST)?

Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on approach that works with the body’s natural healing rhythms. Using light touch, it helps release restrictions in the nervous system, supporting relaxation, balance, and overall well-being.

What does a typical session look like?

You’ll remain fully clothed, lying comfortably on a treatment table. The therapist uses a light touch, usually no more than the weight of a coin, to gently encourage the body to release tension and restore flow. Sessions are deeply calming and restorative.

How many sessions will I need?

Every person’s needs are different. Some experience relief after just one or two sessions, while others benefit from ongoing sessions for deeper or chronic concerns.

What issues can CST help with?

People often seek CST for headaches, migraines, back and neck pain, stress, anxiety, sleep disturbances, TMJ issues, trauma recovery, and general relaxation. It also supports emotional balance and overall nervous system health.

Can CST be combined with other therapies?

Absolutely. CST complements other holistic practices, physiotherapy, chiropractic care, massage, counseling, and any other medical treatments.

Do I need to prepare for the session? How long is a session?

Simply wear comfortable clothing and arrive with an open mind. No special preparation is required. A standard session lasts about 45–60 minutes. For first-time clients, an initial consultation may take a little longer.
